How far is the closest air-port? 

The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport which is a 50-60 minute drive from the hotel.

Is it allowed to smoke in the room or on the balcony? 

Our installations are a 100% smoke-free including rooms, private terraces and common areas. We installed a little smoking area outside the hotel.

In case I need to cancel due to COVID-19 Travel restrictions, an infection or any other reason can I get my money back?

We currently have three different rates: the standard rate, the non-refundable rate and the fully flexible rate. Please check our property policies for more details. Please be conscious that the non-refundable rate does not permit any changes or refund in case of cancellation, we recommend it especially for last minute bookings.

We want to stay for a month. Do you have special rates for long-term?

Do all your rooms include kitchens? 

All our suites have either a fully equipped kitchen or a small kitchenette. The classic rooms don´t have a kitchen, but a small fridge and a coffee-maker.

How far is it to the beach? 

We are three small blocks away from the beach, so it´s less than a five minute walk. 

​

Do you have ocean-views? 

No, sorry, no room or suite has an ocean-view. 

​

Is the pool heated?

Yes, our pool is solar heated.

​

Is there a hairdryer in the room? 

We have hairdryers and ironing boards upon request at reception. 

​

Do you have a restaurant on site? 

No, sorry, we don´t have a restaurant on site, but are very close to San Pancho´s gastronomic offer.

How much does a yoga class cost? 

Drop-in price is 150 MXN Pesos. Ask for our packages if you want to take more than just one class. Payment directly to the teacher. 

 

Is it safe to travel to Mexico and San Pancho? 

San Pancho is a very small and easy-going town with a tourism based economy. The town and its surroundings are very safe, nevertheless you should not leave your valuables out of sight when you are at the beach for example. All our rooms are equipped with a small safe.

Would you recommend to rent a car?

It all depends on your needs and interests, as well as the length of stay. It´s easy to rent a car, you can even rent one in San Pancho for part time of your stay spontaneously. If you want to explore surrounding beaches, chase the best waves, visit Puerto Vallarta or towns further north, we would definitely recommend a car. If you want to be mostly in San Pancho itself and maybe make a short trip to Sayulita or La Lancha, it´s easy to get along with taxis and shuttles.

Do you offer babysitting? 

We can organise a trustworthy babysitter for you. Please contact us or ask at reception for more info.

What do you do to be eco-friendly? 

We try to reduce one-use-plastic using refillable and biodegradable cleaning products and amenities. Also, we use solar heaters for the hot water system, supported with electric heating to guarantee a 24 hours supply of hot water, also on colder, cloudy days. We also provide water filters for drinking water to reduce plastic bottles and support local community projects.
