Please take the time to read our policies. When making a reservation you automatically agree these terms.  

 

RATES:

The rates depend on the season and type of room. The price fixed at the moment of reservation is due to be balanced on arrival. No price adjustments possible after booking.

Standard Rate:

  • A 50% deposit of the total amount of stay is required in order to confirm the reservation.

  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, 90% of the deposit will be refunded (due to administration costs)

  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days but more than 30 days in advance, the 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • If a guest cancels 30 days or less in advance, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.

  • To cancel the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to info@palmartropical.com. All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

 

Long-term discounts (only with Standard Rate): 

  • 7 nights or more: 10% discount

  • 14 night or more: 15% discount

  • 21 nights or more: 20% discount

Non-refundable:

15% discount. No extra discounts available. No changes or refund available for no reason. 

A 100% payment is required in order to confirm the reservation. No refund is possible in any case of cancellation.

 

Fully refundable:

15% extra cost. No discounts possible. A 50% deposit of the total amount of stay is required in order to confirm the reservation. Fully refundable until 24 hours prior to arrival.

 

IN HOUSE: 

As a small hotel we have our own set of rules and regulations with the aim to make this the best possible place. 

 

Check-in: 3pm

Check-out: 11am

If you require a later check-out please ask at reception for availability. Also, we kindly ask you to let us know your estimated arrival time.

 

In order to do check-in, it´s necessary to have paid 100% of your stay.

You can pay your balance at arrival either in cash (Mexican pesos) or with credit card (Master card, Visa, American Express).

 

Sorry, we don´t allow pets.


Our installations are a 100% smoke free.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in our hotel. Please keep your valuables in the safe in your room.

We do not allow people in the pool area, rooms or other installations that are not hosted and registered with us for any reason, unless we approve this personally or in writing. If you want to accommodate an additional person, please contact us previously.

In order to ensure a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, we kindly ask you to avoid any loud noises or music, especially during the silent hours. 

Pool hours: 9am to 9pm

Silent hours: 11pm to 9am

 

We don’t allow parties or events of any kind in our hotel unless stated in writing by us. 

We provide free internet in all rooms and public areas. We try to have the best service, but still depend on the functionality of the signal and the service from the internet company. 


General power failures may sometimes happen in San Pancho; we will not take on responsibility for the lack of this service due to electricity problems in town. 


We are also not responsible for any accident occurred in our hotel nor for any damage caused by climatic changes or special natural disasters. No refund will be implied in case of natural disasters of any kind. 

If anyone inside our premises is surprised in possession or consumption of any type of drugs, they will be consigned to the corresponding authority. 

No private parking on site. You can park your car in the street in front of the hotel.
